I have been working with Knowledge Anywhere for over 4 years and they have been supporting our organization by providing online training programs for our sales reps that are located all over the US. Knowledge Anywhere supported our organization when we were going through a pretty dramatic change. We used to have a direct salesforce which we could train, motivate and work with in the field, but we changed our business model from working with a direct salesforce to working with our distribution partners around the world. We found ourselves having to train, motivate and communicate with over 600 dealer reps from around the world which is a bit more challenging for a small company like Biotix.
