Koenig & Associates, Inc. was incorporated in June of 1987 by Kim F. Koenig, MAI, SRA with a specialty in real estate appraising and consulting. Over our operational history we have provided our clients with a wide range of appraisal services. The majority of our work is providing market driven and factually documented real estate appraisal report covering all types of real estate. These reports are utilized for financing, mortgage underwriting decisions, estate planning, probate matters, buy/sell decisions & portfolio valuations. We value a wide variety of property types including industrial, commercial, retail, office, apartments, development land, agricultural, subdivisions, condominium developments and special uses. We assist Section 8, USDA-RD & tax credit multi-family developments in rent comparability studies (RCS) and restructuring decisions. We also provide valuation services for eminent domain proceedings for either side of the taking. Residentially, we offer specialization in third party relocation appraisals and estate planning. Residential assignments are conducted for the Central Ohio region. Koenig & Associates is an associate member of the Columbus Board of Realtors.
