Ellen Stutsman Real Estate Agent Ellen has been a successful real estate broker and a member of the Kohl Construction team for more than twenty years. As a new-construction specialist, she will explain our work and arrange visits to finished homes; provide knowledgeable support in the design and selection process; and facilitate the legal and financial steps to home ownership. With a background in environmental sciences, Ellen is also involved in all aspects of land development from site selection through design to the sales and marketing of individual homesites.Ted Parker Project Manager Ted brings thirty years of experience in construction, estimating and management to every project. Successful collaborations rely upon clear communication and timely coordination among client, designer, suppliers and field personnel. As project manager, Ted facilitates every phase of the process from design meetings through moving day. Ted will be your primary contact throughout the construction process, and it is his goal to make the planning and building of your home every bit as rewarding as owning it.Fred Meyer Estimator Before construction begins, a firm price is spelled out in the contract documents. With more than ten years of estimating experience, Fred prepares detailed specifications and obtains current cost information for all materials. He then works with subcontractors to secure competitive bids from skilled tradespeople. In addition, Fred looks to improvements in construction materials and technologies to meet our goal of providing uncompromising quality at a reasonable cost.
