Terri brings a wealth of experience in national project management, business and organizational analysis, presentation development and delivery, educational training development and implementation and goal development. As a consultant, she has provided strategic planning services, business analysis, operational audits and training development and deployment to her clients. Terri is a team player and leader committed to building long term trusted relationships with her clients. Terri has provided her leadership skills to the Kettle Moraine School Board in Waukesha County, serving as vice president and then president. As president she set strategic direction and was responsible for $45 million annual budget. During her leadership, she implemented strategic changes that led to $3.5 million in annual savings.

Tina has 25 years of experience in corporate marketing and consulting. She has consulted to clients in the financial services, banking, insurance and investment industries. She provides organizational development and strategic planning for businesses, not-for-profit and community organizations. Tina continues to work with National and community based not-for-profit organizations, including advocacy, arts, educational, youth and athletic associations.
