Independent security technology providers and integrators are as the name implies: independent to choose which systems to carry, promote, sell, and service. We pick what works well, is reliable, and best meets the individual needs of each of our customers. We work with the best systems for each type of technology. There is a Darwinian quality control process at work for you. As an independent security technology provider, Kolram gets to drop any product that fails to meet our standards. This pre-selection process means that only products proven to perform to a high standard are offered to our customers, not proprietary ones that may be less reliable or suitable. Additionally, there is an inherent redundancy when using independent integrators and dealers. Should anything happen to the dealer, or should the dealer client relationship sour, there will be another dealer of the product who can step in as a replacement.
