Kramer traces its roots back to 1960, when its founder, Guido Mendoza, emigrated from Cuba and established Kessel Laboratories. Mr. Mendoza used the experience from representing large pharmaceutical companies in physician offices in his homeland to build a Miami based organization that marketed consumer remedies to Hispanic MD’s, and distributed these products through smaller, independent pharmacies.Mr. Mendoza created Kramer Laboratories in 1982 to help the Company establish national brands, developing niche products that provided unmet needs for underserved consumer segments. This business approach remains the Company’s guiding force. Our new name, Kramer Consumer Healthcare, emphasizes our focus on self-care products. Kramer Consumer Healthcare core competencies are in marketing and sales, and we have grown our company by developing strong and well recognized brands among our target consumers. These brands benefit from strong marketing support behind the direct guidance of an experienced senior management team. With over 100 years of combined experience with powerhouse global brands as well as with smaller, niche pharmacy oriented brands, the management team has a unique blend of skills able to build the business on both the national and local level.
