InfoComm International®, the leading professional audiovisual trade association, presented its Educator of the Year Award to Kramer Electronics’ Malissa Dillman, CTS?D, CTS?I. The award was presented at InfoComm 2013, the largest professional audiovisual and information communications tradeshow worldwide, held at the Orange County Convention Center in FL. Malissa is the 21st recipient of this prestigious yearly award, and the first woman ever to receive the award. Malissa is Kramer Electronics USA’s Training and Education Manager.

Kramer Electronics is pleased to announce the opening of their new United States headquarters facility, the new home for the Kramer USA sales, marketing and product development/support teams. The new facility is located in the Township of Union, in Hunterdon County, NJ; about two miles from the company’s previous US headquarters facility. Tremendous sales growth along with a strong desire and commitment to further promote the professional AV industry through education, were the key factors for the Kramer USA relocation to this 60,000sq ft building.

When the event is important but will happen only once -- such as concerts, corporate business meetings, or industry conferences – they are produced as live events. These productions often utilize rented equipment, which has become a large portion of the A/V market. Kramer and Sierra Video offer the products necessary to get the job done while leA/Ving a lasting impression. Rental A single event or one-time production rarely justifies purchase and capitalization of new equipment, so producers often turn to rental.
