Krause Construction is a Chicagoland construction company that has been in business since 1984. Owned and operated by Daniel J. Krause, Krause Construction is focused on three different areas: Hospital/Healthcare, Commercial and Residential homes.The first area involves working with different hospitals and healthcare agencies on maintenance or custom build-outs. The second area involves commercial buildings; we have remodeled commercial buildings like Popeye’s Restaurants and have worked with owners on design builds. The third focus is on residential homes. Krause Construction has built custom homes for individuals as well as developing land for subdivisions we would build in.Additionally, Krause Construction is involved in land development within the Chicagoland area. One aspect that is consistent through all focuses is our commitment to detail and good customer service.
