Tony Di Iorio is Senior Vice President Service Delivery for KUBRA. Tony oversees the delivery of integrated services to our clients including implementation professional services, client services and production. Tony has over 20 years experience in Operations and Technology within the Print and Communication industry. Tony joined KUBRA in 2009. Prior to KUBRA, Tony held progressively senior and executive roles at St. Joseph Communications for over 20 years. Tony brings a unique understanding of the client, technology and operations to deliver an exceptional experience for our clients.

Rick is the President & CEO, Director at KUBRA and has over 15 years of experience in the customer interaction industry. He sets the long term vision, fosters tenacity within a client centric culture, runs the day to day operations and develops strategies focused around profitable growth, new markets and transformative technologies. He is a member of NACHA, Vistage, YPO, BAI, Pymnts.com, is a Director for Kids’ Health Links Foundation and sits on various other advisors boards.

Lida Sadrazodi oversees KUBRA’s finance organization with responsibility for financial reporting, planning, treasury and tax. Lida brings more than 25 years of experience in senior finance positions within Technology, Communication, Mining, Manufacturing and airline organizations. Lida Joined KUBRA in 2008 and prior to that was the CFO of Marketwire for six years and V.P finance for ACA group of companies for seven years. Lida is a CMA with Society of Management Accountant of Ontario, an active member of FEI and holds a Bachelor of accounting degree.
