In her role as Consultant, Karen manages the day-to-day claims administration process of corporate restructuring cases. With over 30 years of industry experience and having served as a professional consultant for more than seven years, Karen possesses substantial industry knowledge. She has worked on several notable cases including Interstate Bakeries Corporation, Loehmann’s, Grubb & Ellis Company and Jefferson County, Alabama. Karen earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Founded in 2001 by former attorneys Eric Kurtzman and Jonathan Carson, KCC created a higher standard for its industry by focusing on clients’ needs from the perspective of professionals. As a Director of Class Action Services, Karnit is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of client initiatives to manage and foster key relationship in the legal industry. Her years of experience in the class action field allow her to understand the needs of specific settlements and provide consultation throughout the settlement administration process as well as provide efficient and cost-effective solutions.
