KWFC-FM (Keep Witnessing For Christ) is a 100-thousand watt radio station broadcasting to over a half-million people in southern Missouri, northern Arkansas and eastern portions of Kansas and Oklahoma. Based in Springfield, Missouri, KWFC is the largest Christian radio station in the region.Started on April 17, 1969, KWFC has served the Ozarks region with the best in southern gospel music, teaching and preaching. Artists such as Gold City, Greater Vision, Crabb Family, Ruppes and Hoppers are heard each and every day. Teachers and preachers such as James Dobson, Chuck Swindoll, David Jeremiah, Charles Stanley and many more are heard daily with special weekend programming from most. In addition, KWFC provides children's programming and local sports programs Monday through Saturday.A broadcast service of the Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri, KWFC also serves as an outlet for local pastors, teachers and artists to get their message to the masses.
