Welcome to L.A.L. Property Management Corp. We are a premier property Management Company servicing the Bronx and Manhattan. We have been established since 2006. Our company manages and owns 16 Rental Residential properties and growing. Our properties are located in several great communities in the Bronx: Little Italy, Pelham Bay, Baychester, Highbridge and Manhattan: Clinton.

Riverdale was founded in 1852 and named for it's numerous streams, brooks and rivers that flow through the area. Riverdale encompasses an area of roughly three square miles and is home to almost 50,000 residents. The Riverdale section of the Bronx has been home to some notable people throughout the years such as the John F. Kennedy, baseball players Chris Chambliss, Lou Gehrig, and Willie Mays, comedian Tracy Morgan, Mark Twain, and scientist Neil deGrasse Tyson to name a few.
