Clayton has over 20 years experience in construction development and is experienced in sales, estimating, project management, job cost accounting, and overall business management. Clayton founded and operated A.A.C. a company, specializing in light commercial, general contracting, and single family construction. For the past 8 years, Clayton has been working in the commercial construction industry as an Operations Manager, implementing policies and procedures. He has managed commercial projects including; retail, restaurants, financial and medical, yet he specializes in church/religious facilities. Clayton holds a General Contractors licenses in Virginia and North Carolina and has managed projects through-out the US which ranged from $500,000 to $12M. Most recently, Clayton has found his calling in church construction and development. He has been involved in over 20 church projects from conception through occupancy. Clayton’s knowledge in construction is our company’s cornerstone and our confidence extends from his expertise.

LARC's Faith to Build Program is a ministry providing a helpful service to churches that need assistance preparing to move forward in their building project. With each phase of the program, your church will be guided through the processes that are necessary to complete any construction event; remodeling, additions, up-fits or new construction.
