Your account will be billed under "Liberty Internet Billing" this will appear on your credit card statement each billing cycle. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. Setup fees are charged for all new accounts and major account changes and are non-refundable. All pricing is guaranteed for the term of pre-payment. ISP reserves the right to change prices at any time, unless other terms have been agreed upon. Any account not brought current within a week (7 days) of e-mail notice or exceeding this time frame in any way is subject to suspension.

The display of a dialup access number on our site or the availability of that number does not mean that it is a flat-rate local call. That determination can only be made by your local telephone provider. We recommend you call your local telephone number to determine whether a dialup access number we provide is local to your area. We will not be held responsible in any way, or pay for any long distance calls made by you to our network of dialup numbers regardless of how that access number is obtained.
