Facility Group was incorporated in 2001 with a few employees, a vacuum and a dream. Our success story can be attributed to Joe Lepore, owner of L.C.S., commitment to service and his support of community activities. We believe in the philosophy of giving back to the community and those that live within that community. The company’s investment in the community became visible in 2006 when it relocated to 36 Cottage Street in Poughkeepsie. Joe Lepore purchased the 80 year old run down warehouse building to convert into his company’s new headquarters. It took a huge leap of faith, commitment and foresight to convert the 15,000 square foot building. Once an eyesore, it is now a great example of adaptive reuse and will perhaps serve as a catalyst to induce other business to consider the area for their business.
