Aerial view of LHV's 16 acre storage yard and production facility in Kingston, NY LHV Precast, Inc. was started in 1979 and incorporated in 1984. LHV is located in the lower Catskill Mountains in Ulster County, Kingston, New York. LHV has expanded the line of products over the years to accommodate our many construction customers and homeowners. LHV now manufactures a variety of precast products for the construction industry, such as box culverts, pump stations and our extensive list of custom manufactured structures. LHV also fabricates a wide range of products from drywells to drainage structures, septic systems to sanitary manholes, bridges to landscaping blocks and retaining walls, just to name a few.
