Scott Hendershott has had an extensive career serving the New York State Police and the United States Army. Mr. Hendershott is a retired NY State Police Sergeant whose last assignment spanned 12 years as supervisor of a regional Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Unit. He has been a NY State Police collision reconstructionist for over 22 years in the State Police's collision Reconstruction Program. Mr.

David Liske, CPE, ACTAR is a Principal Associate with LISKE Consulting Group Forensic Professionals which has offices throughout the northeast: New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Ontario, Canada. Mr. Liske has provided consulting services in accident reconstruction, biomechanics, EDR/ECM data retrieval, forensic vehicle examinations, product safety, system safety, and human factors engineering for over 25 years. Mr. Liske was previously employed with Sierra Research Technologies in Buffalo, New York, as a Senior Engineer in System Safety and Human Factors Engineering. Mr.
