Everyone always asks us, what does LH stand for? LH is Larry Hameister our founder. Our company began in 1979 as Larry decided he wanted more, so he left his factory maintenance job to pursue his dream of owning his own business. He worked out of his home, sevicing neighbors' toasters, hair dryers, appliances, water heaters, water softeners, furances and air conditioners. Our company grew by referrals, and soon he rented prime commercial property to advertise his business.

I would like to personally thank you for taking the time to get to know our family business. As a young boy I followed my dad around, watching closely as he repaired toasters and hair dryers for families in our neighborhood. At the age of 9, I was allowed to assist on the job. Many nights, weekends, holidays and snow days were spent with my dad in his repair shop and customers' homes learning, assisting and sometimes falling asleep waiting for our workday to end.

As I transition into the future, I take my experience, hard work and dedication to maintaining our dream, an honest to goodness business with exceptional service and small-town appeal. My loyalty and dedication is to our customers and my passion is to providing the best quality product at the most affordable price.

To my surprise three contractors bid using the same manufacturer, and the bids ranged from low to VERY high, which again was a surprise. I thought, that with the same manufacturer, they would ALL be approximately the same? I also thought that I would get bids from contractor's using different manufacturer's. Figured four (4) contractors, four (4) different systems to compare. Two of the contractor's spent a moderate amount of time with me, and the third couldn't get out of the house fast enough.
