LC Staffing Service Inc. was formed in 1985 as Labor Contractors Inc., to provide temporary help to several timber companies in the Flathead Valley and surrounding areas. In 1989 the company focus was expanded to include temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire placement in all areas including construction, skilled/non-skilled labor, office/clerical, hospitality, technical, professional and sales.Our Missoula branch office was opened in 1990, followed by our Bozeman branch office in 1995. In 1997, the Labor Contractors name was abbreviated to LC Staffing Service to better reflect the scope of services offered.During the last twenty years, LC Staffing has seen rapid growth and is the largest independent staffing service in Montana. Revenues generated from our client companies stay in Montana, supporting Montana families, not out-of-state ownership or franchises.
