All Employee Tests Results (includes baseline test, previous test, current test, and any previous standard threshold shift) 6. Individual Employee Copy of Test (includes baseline test, previous test, current test, and any previous standard threshold shift) 7. Explanation of the Audiogram Classification 8. Explanation of the Standard Threshold Shift 10dB 9. Explanation of the recordable Standard Threshold Shift 10dB 10. Explanation of the Age-Related Change (Presbycusis) 11. Sound Booth's Decibel Levels 12. Technician's Certification 13. Audiometer's Certification of Calibration 14. Absent Employee List Audiologist reviewed and approved test results are mailed to you in a week to 10 days from the test date. At no cost to your company, we will enter any previous hearing testing data that has been provided to you. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration's Occupational Noise Exposure Standard and Hearing Conservation Amendment 29 CFR 1910.95 and the Mine Safety and Health Administration's Occupational Noise Exposure Standard CFR 30 Part 62, require employers to establish and maintain a hearing conservation program for all employees whose noise exposure equals or exceeds an 8-hour time weighted average sound level (TWA) of 85 decibels. L.L. Miller's Industrial Mobile Hearing Testing complies fully with the OSHA and MSHA Occupational Noise Exposure Standards and will help you establish and maintain a hearing conservation program so that your company will be 100% compliant! We schedule our services at your premises on the dates and times most convenient to you and your company's production schedule. L.L. Miller's industrial mobile hearing testing units cover five states: Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, and Indiana. Our industrial mobile hearing testing units are equipped with individual sound booths and manual audiometers with each test being performed within 5 minutes, thus providing the lowest impact possible on production. We have the capacity to test from 12 to 90 employees per hour, yet each employee abandons their work station for only 5 minutes. Manual audiometers are used to provide the most accurate test results possible. Technicians immediately compare baseline test with current thresholds, thus dramatically lowering the chance of inaccurate results, which can lead to expensive retesting.
