Christy Lee brings more than seven years of experience in the building industry to her position as Director of Internal Operations. She manages all aspects of the Documentation Department and is responsible for a team of talented Documentation Coordinators and Assistants. This team is tasked with collecting and synthesizing all construction observation data from the firmâ??s Construction Consultants throughout the Unites States for product types encompassing Type V single-family detached, Type V-1 hour wood-framed, and Type I/Type II concrete and steel projects. Each of these product types has construction variations and diverse report types. The team provides hard-copy and electronic reports to LJP Construction Servicesâ?? clients and insurance underwriters while constantly striving to provide an enhanced work product.

Construction quality expert Don Neff founded La Jolla Pacific, Ltd. in 1993 (dba LJP Construction Services), based on his own innovative risk management strategies and previous experience as a homebuilder. Since then he has been in the forefront of the construction quality movement. He has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry covering all aspects of planning, acquisitions, development, construction, and management.

All of our projects are staffed with building professionals and team members possessing extensive experience on similar product types. Our office procedures insure supplementary oversight by forensic architects and additional professional staff. Additionally, our innovative web-based technologies allow clients 24-hour access to their project updates and reports.
