Laguna Culinary Arts is a multi-faceted cooking school offering hands-on cooking programs for cooks of all levels of experience, from casual beginners to serious professionals. Whether you are interested in becoming a food service professional, or just looking to improve your home cooking, our programs are designed to meet your needs. Laguna Culinary Arts is pleased to introduce a new series of Wine Tasting And Wine & Food Pairing Classes, to take place at our location in Laguna Canyon. Whether you are just beginning to develop your wine palate or are an avid wine enthusiast, we’re sure you’ll find these classes fun and informative and, of course, the food will be great!Laguna Culinary Arts is thrilled to unveil its’ newly remodeled Gourmet Cheese and Wine Shop & Café on Laguna Canyon Road. The store is centered around a dazzling display of cheeses, olives and delicacies from around the world. Fabulous sandwiches, salads and soups are made on the premises and are complemented by beautiful handmade dessert creations. This facility is also home to our Professional Cooking Program. Our intensive 6-month Professional Chef Program is designed for individuals wishing to pursue a career in the food service industry. Class size is limited to 8 participants to ensure an individualized learning experience. The new facility also allows us to provide catering services. Choose from gourmet cheese, wine and café menu items, or meet with our Catering team, for customized party fare. We also offer home chef classes at this location.At our “home chef” school, located now at our canyon location, offers a state-of-the-art classroom kitchen featuring new Viking appliances throughout. Filled with these top of the line appliances and high-quality cookware, tools and knives, students experience hands-on cooking in an environment designed to give them every advantage. We offer 3-hour classes every weekday evening starting at 6pm, and 4-hour classes on the weekends. Weekend classes are scheduled in the morning, afternoon or evening depending on the class topic. We accept a maximum of 10 students per class, to ensure a good experience for everyone. At the end of class, students will enjoy a full meal that they prepared!
