Paul S.W. Lai, Vice President/Principal Engineer, GE, CE , has over 25 years of experience in geotechnical and civil engineering. He has extensive experience in stability analysis, earthquake engineering, soil improvement, foundation design, hillside grading, retaining structures, pavements, reservoirs, etc.. Mr. Lai has managed numerous geotechnical projects located in geotechnical environments such as hillside, fill over San Francisco Bay Mud, expansive soils and liquefiable soils.

Representative Staff: Pamela Li, President, GE, CE , has over 20 years of experience in geotechnical and civil engineering. She has extensive experience in geotechnical investigations, stability and settlement analyses, groundwater and seepage analysis, dam engineering, soil improvement, retaining structures, soil erosion, etc.
