Lakenan Insurance Agency Incorporated was established in 1938 by William Lakenan in Perryville, MO. The office was later managed by H. Harold Davis, the son-in-law of William Lakenan. In 1995, the agency was purchased from Harold Davis & Peggy (Lakenan) Davis by R. Lee Lottes. In 1996, Mike Jaegers, an employee of R. Lee Lottes, was named Manager of the agency & became a partner in the business in 1998. Mike Jaegers purchased the agency from R. Lee Lottes in 2000. Larry Ward & Gary Morris purchased the agency in 2006. The Lakenan Insurance Agency has maintained relationships with insurance companies & clients that have thrived over seven decades. The history of this agency is a true testament of its strength & reliability. The Lakenan Insurance Agency today is a leader in Southeast Missouri in delivering quality insurance products to a wide variety of clientele. Lakenan clients represent all facets of both business & personal insurance needs.
