Lakeside Capital Partners, formerly Lakeside Realty Advisors, ("Lakeside") was established in 1998 to provide capital for the residential land development and home building industry. The principals of Lakeside are Ronald Lee, Melvin Andrews and Marsha Jennings. Since its inception, Lakeside has partnered with Lehman Brothers to invest approximately $600 million in over 90 land, residential and mixed-use projects in California, Oregon, New Mexico and Colorado.
