The Lakeview Motor Lodge is a two story lodge, nestled on the hillside at the base of Mount Sunapee, with spectacular views of Lake Sunapee from all rooms. All 12 rooms are clean, large and comfortable with full, private baths. The upper story rooms have enclosed porches, while the lower story rooms have walk-out patios. We have an extensive in-house video library and all guests have access to the outside picnic tables and gas grills.All our rooms have a refrigerator, color cable TV and VCR, telephone, coffee maker and toaster. Some of our rooms have microwave ovens and we have two rooms which accommodate pets. Please note: we are a non-smoking facility (smoking is allowed outside).
