Mike is a former banker with over 35 years experience in business lending, and residential mortgage financing. He has been working with Murray Levin and the others at Grateful Abstract for close to 10 years, in various roles. Mike is a graduate of Philadelphia University, with a degree in Business Administration. At Drexel University, he obtained a Master’s Degree in International Economics, with a “minor” in Finance. In addition, he graduated from Stonier School of Banking, formerly held at Rutgers, while with Fidelity Bank in Philadelphia.

Christina Cush is a Title Processer and Closer with Grateful Abstract for six years. She has had extensive experience in the title industry since 2003. She is well-versed in all aspects of title insurance ranging from opening files, clearing title issues, conducting settlements and issuing final title commitments and title policies. She is equally knowledgeable in commercial as well as residential closings. Her goal is to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients.

I started working with Murray and Grateful Abstract in 2011, and have never looked back. I consider Murray to be one of the most professional, intelligent, ethical, and honest people in the title industry, and I also consider him a good friend.
