In this section, we provide information on the various municipalities we work with. This is meant to be a resource for municipal officials and residents. It is a one-stop section for finding information about the status of ongoing projects. Many municipalities may also have a section for downloading files such as zoning maps and comprehensive plans.

In this section, we provide access to information about the projects for which we have interactive portals. These portals are intended to allow the members of relevant communities to participate in the planning process by finding updates, downloading important documents, and providing input and feedback to us. It is a one-stop section for finding information about the status of ongoing projects. It is likely that your municipality will also link to this portal from their website.

In the Fall of 2006, Land Vision, Inc. was chosen by the City of St. Charles to study and revise a specific area of the current Comprehensive Plan and to develop a Land Use Recommendation Plan. The intent of this Land Use Study is to provide directions for decisions related to the future growth and development within the study area.
