In addition to providing civil engineering service for the 200 East project, the Cache Landmark team also provided landscape architectural services. Our landscape architects worked closely with the engineers to develop sound solutions for the pedestrian areas and how they ‘fit’ into the roadway design. Our team looked at how to detail the refuge islands, how to integrate bike lanes and how to provide subtle aesthetic elements to enhance the project.

Mr. Earl has also worked on many municipal projects throughout Cache Valley. He is familiar with the development and engineering standards required by several local jurisdictions. He has worked with North Logan, Logan, Nibley, Hyde Park, Providence, Wellsville, Hyrum, Smithfield, and River Heights. During the course of his projects Mr. Earl has worked through the design review and construction permitting process for projects in many of these communities.
