Landmark Design was founded by Carol Robinson in 1989. From the very beginning the primary goal of the firm has been to provide a level of service that exceeds our customer’s expectations. This ongoing commitment has been the cornerstone of the firm’s continuing success. We pride ourselves on being able to meet short time schedules, or unforeseen changes necessitating quick response.

Our strengths as a firm lie in two areas: design and project management. As designers we pride ourselves on solutions that are sensitive to site conditions and the intended user. Designs stand the test of time because we are realistic about the surrounding environment, the circulation patterns, and the expected maintenance levels. We have consistently been supportive of client sustainable goals and strategies and welcome opportunities to lead in this area. This concern, awareness, and sensitivity to context, has been the basis of our practice since it's founding over 20 years ago.
