Since 1988 Landmark Pacific Incorporated has constructed, restored, repaired and designed structures throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington. LPI is owned and directed by David and Linda Almendinger. The company is located in Turner, Oregon, approximately 5 miles south of Salem. We are licensed to serve clients' pre-engineered and structural construction needs in Oregon and Washington. Landmark Pacific's well-trained staff is always ready to respond quickly and effectively to challenges, regardless of the degree of complexity. Our administrative staff support and dedication allows LPI to effectively and efficiently serve each and every client. Landmark Pacific believes that excellence does not occur without a clear sense of purpose.
