This manual must be studied and signed by each employee by the end of the probationary period. I've also put together a manual that spells out the most efficient way of providing a quality service to our properties serviced each week.

You will be provided with a copy of the Company Policies and a copy of our 10 Point Maintenance Program. Using this 10 Point Program is one reason our company is growing. You must study this program carefully and we will expect you to follow those directions. Adhering to this program is required.

Gary was flexible, working with us as our plans and ideas changed. His expertise in flora and fauna helped us create the environment that we could both manage and enjoy!! Furthermore, his knowledge of new technology, such as the state-of-the-art underground drip lawn irrigation system that he installed helped us save on water usage ... keeping our project "green" and eco-friendly.

I vowed right then to provide my clients with truly unique gardens that would stand apart from their neighbors. I continue to invest hundreds of hours each year researching new and inventive designs and locating unusual plants and palms for my next projects. This investment of my time and energy hasn't gone un-noticed. I've been asked to redesign landscaping for such high end properties as the entrance to Bird Key, The Westchester Condominiums, La Playa Resort, and The Wicker Inn. We have also provided many homeowners with new and exciting projects that have added great value to their homes.

I n addition to the scholarship we provide a landscape project to one of the public properties each year. In 2009 upgraded the landscape at the Longboat Key Public Library.
