Description

Lacey and Hope Collins are twin girls of seventh grade age who were both born with cerebral palsy and hydrocephalus disabilities. Both girls have wheelchairs but their home is not handicapped accessible. The family doesn't have transportation to accommodate their wheelchairs which limits their ability to do things with the girls. Their frequent trips to Riley’s Children Hospital, Indianapolis, are also difficult. Hope is able to walk some and communicate. Lacey is ambulatory.
