That, and our commitment to build each home as though it were our own, are qualities that have given Lapos Construction longevity in a competitive market.With a start of 2 homes the first year, Mike and Colleen Lapos now build between 12 to 15 homes per year averaging 3,000 sq. ft. and up. Our “work in process” list is small by choice, giving Mike the ability to personally oversee the progress of each home, thus keeping that solid “Lapos-built” reputation consistently intact!
