The founder and owner of Larry's Tool Repair is a native Houstonian, third generation Texan, Larry Howard. Larry has over 35 years of experience in small tool and stationary equipment repair. He first began working on small mechanical engines as a young boy growing up in Pasadena, Texas. With determination, skill, education and military training Larry eventually branched out on his own, opening Larry's Tool Repair in 1991.
