Larry Rose Construction is a family based and operated company that has been in business since 1975. Since then, we have established a reputation of being reliable, dependable, honest, and hard-working. We specialize in many areas including excavation, grading, road construction, sitepreparation, underground utilities, and water service. Larry Rose Construction owns numerous equipment pieces. Larry Rose has overseen many projects ranging in many areas which include site preparations, utility installations, installation of turn lanes, installation of roads, and their maintenance. Larry’s expertise has involved the site preparation of a 62,000 square foot building pad with full underground utilities, including two 30,000 gallon underground propane tanks. Larry has the knowledge and experience to install piping with fused HDPE. Larry has worked in rocky conditions on numerous occasions. He has the equipment ability and knowledge necessary to work through these kind of conditions. He holds a federal blaster’s license and has had this for many years. Larry has a CDL which he uses to haul material and equipment for the company. For many years, Larry has held the contract with the Kaibab National Forest to grade and maintain an average of 300 miles per year of gravel roads. Site and subgrade preparation is something Larry excels in. This ability was especially used in a project that involved a 100,000 square foot building and all related underground utilities. Site preparation and building pads is another area Larry has worked in. He has used his skills here on several subdivisions and related projects. Larry has installed sewer lines across the Virgin River as well as numerous other areas. Water lines, both culinary and irrigation is something Larry specializes in. Larry was specifically requested to build a road through the wilderness with steep slopes and rocky outcroppings to gain access to a shorted power line for emergency repair.
