The law firm of Larsen & Associates, P.L. was founded in 1994 by attorney and CEO Richard E. Larsen. From the outset, the Firm has steadily been built on a client-centric foundation. Mr. Larsen has more than twenty-four years of experience representing clients in complex legal matters. He has a well-rounded professional background which includes extensive legal experience in community association law, as well as real property, construction, corporate and commercial law and related litigation. In addition, he gained significant experience in the areas of insurance and financial service while working at Kemper’s world headquarters located in Chicago, Illinois.

Founded in 1973, CAI is Community Associations Institute, a national and chapter-based membership organization dedicated to fostering successful common-interest communities. In addition to state and national legislative advocacy on behalf of associations, CAI provides education, tools and resources to those who govern and manage association-governed communities.

Larsen & Associates is a leader in collecting delinquent assessments for Condominium and Homeowners’ Associations. Our knowledgeable collection team stays ahead of the constant laws modifications and changing collection methods in order to provide you with the most efficient and up-to-date collection services. Prior to joining Larsen & Associates in 2014, Ms. Cochrane served as an associate attorney focusing on commercial litigation, general civil litigation, HOA collections and enforecement, construction, bankruptcy, and transactional work for corporate clients. Ms. Cochrane has experience handling all legal matters for Homeowner Associations, she managed a department at her previous position, and has a strong litigation background due to her involvment in hundreds of hearings, trials, depositions, and mediations.
