Given the expertise there are some conditions that are easily diagnosed and treated. The fee is not based on time alone and takes into consideration the doctor’s expertise and skill, risk factors, supplies and resources required to perform the procedure. Warts in particular are caused by a virus of which there is no known cure. Whether warts are treated or not they may go away and then reappear. It may take multiple treatments before you see any change.
