Bob’s draws on four decades of experience in sales, marketing, market and product development in the building and construction industry. He had a 10–year career with 3M Company in infield market and product development, before going on to work with a variety of major coatings and chemical manufacturers, metal component and buildings manufacturers, steel and aluminum makers and roofing manufacturers. Bob was a pioneer in long–life metal coatings and the introduction, nurturing and acceptance of Kynar 500 PVDF coatings as standard in the metals industry.

For as long as he can remember, Garrett wanted to work in the communication arts– a goal that eventually led him to LO. Garrett grew up in Erie, and interned at Jack O’Brien’s Erie–based JRO Advertising agency. Garrett next worked as an admissions counselor for Gannon University. In that role, Garrett naturally gravitated toward improving the college’s marketing efforts – writing recruiting campaigns and re–tooling the college’s recruiting literature. Garrett’s ability to persuasively and effectively reach a specific audience serves LO clients well today.

As a founding partner of LarsonO’Brien, Jack draws knowledge from diverse professional experiences, encompassing construction, technology and communication. Jack dabbled in electrical work – his first experience in working with building product manufacturers. At age 16, he passed the third class radiotelephone FCC test, and in addition to working as a DJ and station manager, went on to design and build two radio studios and a video post–production facility. In radio, Jack used cutting–edge technology, and has always pushed this agency to early adoption.
