SECTION THREE - Warranty Questions Return Policy: Upon receiving your Ear Bible (or any other product from our store), you may return it within 30 days for a full refund, subject to the following conditions: 1) A return authorization number must be issued before returning the product. 2) All returned products must be in their original factory condition, including all accessories and manuals, and must be returned in the original product packaging. If the original packaging is not available, this will delay your product return and incur a $10 charge for the shipment of replacement packaging. 3) The original shipping and handling charged and the shipping to return the product will not be refunded. 4) The issuing of your credit will be subject to the inspection and approval of the returned product. 4) Please allow up to 14 days for your credit to be issued after returning the product. If you need to return a product for a refund, please contact us at support@earbible.com and request a return authorization number. Product Warranty: In addition to the Return Policy above, the Ear Bible (or any other product from our store) is covered by Lascelles, LLC's Ear Bible Limited Warranty.
