Dear friends and patients, I have enjoyed serving Cape Cod area residents for 23 years. Through the treatment of hundreds of patients, my experience and knowledge have grown, as has my family. My sons Ben and Alex are 20 and 15 now. I continue my education by attending multiple seminars every year to give you “up to date” and “cutting edge” health services and treatments. I am continually striving for new ways to improve your outcome. I utilize many gentle adjusting techniques and diagnostic tests offering options not available in every office.I am pleased, now, to include other disciplines in the Total Wellness Center to enhance your wellness journey. Other professionals provide Acupuncture, CranioSacral, Myofascial, Therapeutic Massage, Lymph Drainage, group and individual exercise classes with our Personal Trainer. My belief is that we are each responsible for our own health. I see my role as a facilitator, counselor and teacher. Each person must put forth the effort to “find and act upon” the steps they must take.
