While there are HR benefits and administration components to this position, the ideal candidate would be very strong analytically and have detailed and thorough knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Our client is looking for someone who is able to organize and analyze data in order to interpret and report results, be forward-thinking about creating and analyzing HR metrics, and be able to suggest and develop new reports from the data gathered. Experience with an HRIS system is a plus as our client will be transitioning to system based reporting at some point in the next 12 – 18months.
