A privately held software development company based in Franklin, Tennessee, QuikQ creates and develops innovative fuel transaction processing solutions for motor carriers and truck stops. Redefining the entire fueling process, the QuikQ Fuel Purchasing System (FPS) is the first fuel transaction software that is designed to manage the entire fuel transaction through real-time direct “carrier to truck stop” connectivity. QuikQ’s RFID-based fueling system is currently being installed at truck stops nationwide and is being adopted by a growing number of motor carriers.

California-based Aperia Technologies was founded in 2010 by two Stanford University mechanical engineering graduate students, one with deep roots in Detroit’s automotive industry and the other with the entrepreneurial spirit of the Silicon Valley.

Former Director of Technology and Training/Equipment Research and Development at U.S. Xpress Enterprises and currently serving as Strategic Program Manager for SmartDrive, Marty brings LaunchIt over 40 years of engineering experience in the automotive and trucking industries. A fuel efficiency specialist, Marty has also served as a Party Liaison to the NTSB for accident investigations involving collision avoidance systems, a Participant Fleet Administrator for the DOT, NHTSA and FMCSA Intelligent Vehicle Initiative and a Fleet Administrator for EPA SmartWay Program. Marty brings an unprecedented combination of engineering expertise and industry association involvement to LaunchIt.
