Chairperson: Harley Norris SHOP LOCAL is a campaign sponsored by the Chamber to get everyone thinking of shopping local, from the individual consumer to large manufactures to the school system – we want everyone to SHOP LOCAL.leads and guides Scotland Health Care System to achieve the two greatest expectations the community has of its hospital - the provision of the highest quality and most compassionate care and service possible, and the ongoing viability and success of the hospital system itself. He and his team understand the importance of working collaboratively with the Board of Trustees, Medical Staff, and community to develop and execute plans that both advance the health care system's interest as well as the interests of its excellent medical staff.
