Description

The personal injury and wrongful death attorneys at The Brandi Law Firm are experienced and successful professionals dedicated to protecting their clients' rights and vigorously advocating for them. Our lawyers possess diverse educational and practical backgrounds. One of the hallmarks of our attorneys' commitment to the prevention of and accountability for personal injuries and wrongful deaths is their participation in and leadership of professional organizations dedicated to the advancement of their clients' interests.

Our 120 years of combined experience provides the knowledge and record of accomplishment to give every client we represent complete confidence in our ability to protect his or her interests. Although many personal injury and wrongful death claims are ultimately resolved through settlement, we prepare every case as if it were going to trial. Our commitment to thorough preparation and our reputation for success often lead to higher settlement values for our clients.

Unfortunately, even when drivers are clearly at fault, cyclists are still at a disadvantage; they must overcome inherent prejudices to obtain full compensation for their injuries. In addition to any prejudices that a judge or jury might hold, insurance companies automatically assign a significant portion of fault for the bike crash onto the rider. At the Brandi Law Firm , we provide skilled legal representation for victims of bike crashes and their families.

Our attorneys have over 70 years of combined practice experience. Over the years, we have secured in excess of $1.50 billion in compensation for our clients. Our practice focuses on helping the powerless fight against the powerful. When people and institutions take advantage of powerless people, we serve as a voice to speak for the vulnerable and obtain justice.
