I have been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. During many of those years, I was a national trainer for a real estate franchise corporation teaching sales and marketing to real estate agents and business management to brokerage owners. I taught every student that a customer could easily find a Realtor® to buy or sell a house but the most successful Realtors® were those who truly understood the utmost importance of honesty and quality service before, during and after the sales process.

By purchasing the old Spray Post Office at 103 Morgan Road in Eden, we were able to give ourselves a highly visible location that was familiar to the community. By grooming Chance Lawrence, our son, to take over the family business when Clyde retires, we are able to guarantee our customers many more years of the service that they have come to expect. When the opportunity arose to acquire Mike Sanders, an experienced HVAC sales consultant, we became better able to address the needs of our customers in need of a heating and cooling system.

Our installation crew, with their experience and dependability, has a proven track record of quality installations that exceed state requirement. With a service department that is prepared to repair your 30 year old gas furnace or a state of the art heat pump with all of the accessories, we are able to meet all of your needs, and expectations. All of our employees, whether it is our office personal, sales team, service department or our install crew, have to attend classes to help them better serve our customers and keep up with our ever changing industry.
