We retain records relating to professional services that we provide so that we are better able to assist you with your professional need and in some cases, to comply with professional guidelines. In order to guard your nonpublic personal information, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with our professional standards.

Wayne Layton graduated with honors from Arizona State University in May of 2004 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He continued his education and graduated from Arizona State University in May of 2005 with a Masters Degree in Taxation. He passed the CPA exam in March of 2007. After years of experience in working with a CPA firm in Phoenix, he joined Layton Financial Group as a partner. His accounting and tax experience includes various partnership and corporate structures, real estate, agriculture, and other industries.

Management advisory services are offered to a client on a continuing basis. We believe we are our client's business consultant. We are available to review and make recommendations regarding accounting systems, cost systems, management information systems, operating controls and employee benefit programs. In addition, we provide an ongoing review or management report to note items of significance, assist in negotiations with banks, provide guidance and assistance in establishing a business, assist with implementation and review of maters related to a specific profession, such as fee schedules.
