LBL began as Light Surveying and Mapping, Inc. (LSM) in March of 2000. The company founders, Douglas R. Light L.S. and Adam N. Light, through hard work and dedication to service spurred growth of the young company. By February of 2003, it became apparent that the workload was more than could be handled by the founders.
