We have experience restoring California's various natural ecosystems including coastal sage scrub, chaparral, desert, riparian, freshwater and saltwater marsh, oak woodland and native grasslands. Grady has over thirty years experience in the habitat restoration, commercial landscaping and plant cultivation. He is extremely experienced and knowledgeable in erosion control, SWPPP Implementation and BMP Management. Prior to joining LCG, Grady's previous positions included Director of Operations, Director of Sales, Chief Estimator and Project Manager. Mr.

Nat has over 15 years of management experience in the green industry. Prior to co-founding LCG, he served as the General Manager for a medium-sized landscape construction and management company. Under his leadership, the company grew its operations throughout California, increasing the number and scale of the projects it undertook. He oversaw every aspect of operations, including negotiations, bidding, management of the field crews, budget planning and development, and the design and implementation of each construction and maintenance project. In his earlier years, Mr.

James is a savvy entrepreneur who has a number of successful ventures to his credit. Before co-founding LCG, Mr. Promlap was a business and marketing executive for an Asian manufacturer of sauces and spices. He introduced the products to the U.S. and marketed the brands to Asian grocery stores as well as to mainstream grocers such as Albertsons, Ralphs, Kroger, and HGB. Today, these line of products are sold visibly in many stores throughout the country.
