Description

Leach Trailers LLP warrants that the truck bodies/trailers will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of shipment/pickup. Buyer's remedy for defective products shall be limited to repair, replacement, or credit at Leach Trailers LLP's option. Warranty claims must be returned to Leach Trailers LLP.This warranty does not apply to truck bodies/trailers, which have been misused or have been subject to improper application, damage or repair. Warranty claims for items, which upon inspection are found to be due to misuse, improper applications, damage, repair, or lack of maintenance rather than defective manufacture will not be honored.
